Tiffany is deeply committed to connecting people to missions, organizations to the communities they serve, and community members to the resources they need to thrive. Her career spans federal and state government, public health research and policy, and the highly-regulated healthcare and financial services industries—giving her a rare, holistic perspective on how communication drives trust, alignment, and meaningful change.
Most recently, Tiffany served as Chief Communications Officer at Transamerica, where she advised the C‑suite and led enterprise communications during a period of unprecedented transformation. Her leadership contributed to double‑digit business growth and year‑over‑year improvements in employee engagement, while strengthening trust across a complex, global organization.
Tiffany began her career in public health research before spending more than a decade in community health—coordinating public campaigns, advocating for policy change, helping consumers navigate complex health and insurance concepts, and guiding a nonprofit health insurer through the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
This blend of research, policy, and operational experience continues to shape her strategic approach today.

A passionate community volunteer, Tiffany has contributed her time and leadership over the past two decades to nonprofit organizations including: Women’s Bean Project in Denver, Henry Ford Hospice in Detroit, Plymouth Newcomers & Neighbors in Michigan, and the American Cancer Society’s Road to Recovery program in Omaha. She is also dedicated to teaching and mentoring emerging professionals as an adjunct instructor.
